Theda Rhea, left, of Coleman took top honors in Saturday's Paint-Off held at the 2006 Stars of Texas Juried Art Exhibit.

Exhibit committee member Ann Jones awarded the $500 cash prize.
Three jurors judged the work of 22 artists who started and completed their projects Saturday as visitors to the exhibit watched.
